Performance Objectives
Performance objectives allow you to assess how well you are progressing in your work and career at Collins Hutch. Performance reviews are conducted annually and the results of these reviews determine your level of bonus for the year. During your meeting with your manager, they will have covered some of the performance objectives you will be required to meet. You may also add in any personal professional development objectives you would like to focus on during the year.
Learning & DevelopmentGlobal Learning & Development have thousands of resources and materials available to employees. You can take advantage of these opportunities for your professional development by attending classroom trainings or taking online classes. Most resources are available 24/7 and on mobile devices so you can improve your skills according to your schedule.
